Refunds & Revisions Policy

  1. Eligibility
    • Refunds are available only if the service was not delivered as described or not delivered within the agreed timeframe.
    • Dissatisfaction with creative choices (style, design preferences) may be addressed via revisions.
  2. Process
    • To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
    • Provide the order number and reason for the refund request.
  3. Partial Refunds
    • In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if partial work was completed.
  4. Non-Refundable
    • Services already started or completed according to the package terms may not be refundable.
